Tethr Call Center

Before the launch of Tethr Intelligence, Tethr made a significant pivot, transitioning from a B2C meeting and transcription service to a B2B conversation intelligence platform. To support this transition, the team developed Tethr Call Center, a product designed to alert teams to critical issues in customer interactions. This effort involved repurposing key elements of the original meetings product as a foundation, allowing the team to build on existing features while adapting them for the more complex needs of enterprise users.
