Tethr Conversation Intelligence

Over the last several years, I've led the design teams at Tethr (now Creovai) to design and build SaaS based conversation intelligence and analytics platform for enterprise and SMB customer support and contact center teams.

Tethr Meetings

I led the design of Tethr Meetings, one of the first fully transcribed meeting services of its time, automating tasks and meeting notes.

Tethr Call Center

Tethr Call Center helped customer support teams stay alerted to compliance and legal issues that occurred in their customer calls. It served as an interim product between Tethr Intelligence and Tethr Meetings (seen above) as the company pivoted from a B2C to a B2B focus.

UnitedHealthcare & Optum apps

While working as a lead designer at Modern Climate, a digital design agency in Minneapolis, I led the design of several key products for UnitedHealthcare and Optum.

The Bindel

I led the creative direction and design exploratation for an Austin, TX based start-up focussed on short term rentals for nomads.
